Soft Contact Light
A soft contact light inspired by the origami square preliminary fold. This was a one week project produced from exploring the possibility of designing something “simple and elegant”. Made to challenge my tendencies to over think and complicate my artistic endeavors. There will soon be a redesign of one with stronger LEDs and a replaceable battery. All circuit traces are made from needle felting using metallic wool and conductive thread, enclosed in a felted wool body.
